Terms of Use

Effective date: July 26, 2026 · Applies to Bloom: Your Baby’s Story (bundle ID com.wpluiss.bloom) and bloom.conduitai.io, operated by Luis Garcia / Conduit AI (“we,” “us”).

These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use Bloom. We wrote them the way we write everything in Bloom — in plain language, because the people reading them are usually doing so at 11 p.m. with one hand on a belly.

What Bloom is

Bloom is a private pregnancy journal and companion for couples: weekly chapters, gentle check-ins, a shared memory book, food guidance, and related features. It is an educational and keepsake product — a place to record and understand your journey. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical care (more on that below, in big letters, because it matters).

Who can use Bloom

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. By using Bloom you confirm that you are, and that the information you give us is accurate.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private and for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has access to your account, write to us immediately at hello@conduitai.io.

Your content is yours

Everything you save in Bloom — journal entries, check-in answers, photos, videos, names you’re considering — belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it. You give us one narrow permission only: to store your content, process it, and display it back to you and to the partner you invited, so the app can function. That permission ends when you delete your content or your account, which you can do at any time from Settings → Delete my account.

Inviting your partner

Bloom is built for two. When you share your invite code, you’re telling us you have a real relationship with that person and their permission to connect. Anything either of you saves becomes part of your shared story, visible to both of you — so invite thoughtfully.

Subscriptions & billing

Bloom offers an optional paid subscription (Bloom Plus). Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through your Apple ID: they renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel them anytime in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled under Apple’s policies. If you delete your Bloom account, remember to also cancel the subscription with Apple — deleting the app or your account does not cancel Apple billing.

Not medical advice

• Bloom is educational, not medical. Content in the app is general information for typical pregnancies. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not tailored to you.
• Every pregnancy is different. Always consult your doctor, midwife, or other qualified provider about any question, symptom, or decision — including anything you read in Bloom.
• If something feels urgent, treat it as urgent. Contact your provider or emergency services immediately. Do not wait for an app.

Using Bloom fairly

Please don’t: break the law with Bloom; upload content you don’t have the right to share, or content that is harmful or abusive; scrape, reverse-engineer, or probe the service; attempt to access anyone else’s data; or use Bloom to harass anyone — including us. We may suspend accounts that do.

Our property

The Bloom name, the leaf mark, the weekly illustrations, the written content, and the app itself belong to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use them as part of using Bloom. The memory book you create is yours to export and keep forever.

The service as-is

We pour real care into Bloom, but we provide it “as is” and “as available.” We don’t promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device forever. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limits on liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — lost memories kept nowhere else, lost profits, lost data — arising from your use of Bloom. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing). Some places don’t allow these limits; where that’s true, they don’t apply to you.

Ending things

You can stop using Bloom whenever you like — delete your account in Settings and it’s done. We can suspend or end access for accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut Bloom down, we’ll give reasonable notice and a way to export your story first. Some sections survive the end: your content rights, our liability limits, and the dispute terms below.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date above and let you know in the app or by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Bloom after that means you accept the new terms.

Where disputes live

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing anything, both of us agree to try to work it out informally first — email us and let’s talk. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
